These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by TripVenture, a travel agency specializing in customized travel experiences. By engaging with TripVenture’s services, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Booking & Payments
1.1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability. TripVenture will confirm bookings upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise specified.
1.2. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
1.3. Price Changes: Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a booking is confirmed and payment is received, the price is guaranteed.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
2.1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted to TripVenture in writing.
2.2. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations are subject to TripVenture’s cancellation policy and may incur cancellation fees. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Travel Documents & Insurance
3.1. Travel Documents: It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and any other necessary travel documents.
3.2. Insurance: TripVenture recommends travelers to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Travel Itinerary & Changes
4.1. Itinerary: TripVenture will provide a detailed travel itinerary outlining the trip’s schedule and activities.
4.2. Changes: TripVenture reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transportation delays, or other factors beyond its control.
5. Liability & Responsibility
5.1. Limitation of Liability: TripVenture shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from acts of negligence, omission, or default of any third party.
5.2. Indemnification: Travelers agree to indemnify and hold TripVenture harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from their participation in the trip.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mumbai, Maharastra, India.
6.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
6.3. Modification: TripVenture reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on TripVenture’s website.
