Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Timeline:
    • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the departure date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    • Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.
  2. Refund Processing Time:
    • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation.
  3. Exceptions:
    • In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters or government advisories, TripVenture reserves the right to offer alternative travel arrangements or provide a refund based on the circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Requests:
    • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@tripventure.in with the subject line “Cancellation Request – [Booking ID].”
  2. Partial Cancellations:
    • Partial cancellations of services booked as part of a package may result in revised pricing for the remaining services.
  3. No-Show Policy:
    • No-shows without prior notice will be treated as cancellations and are subject to the applicable cancellation fees.
  4. Refusal of Service:
    • TripVenture reserves the right to cancel bookings or refuse service to customers in case of non-compliance with terms and conditions or disruptive behavior.
